The snorkeling tour was fantastic. We communicated via LINE beforehand regarding reservations and questions, and on the day of the tour, they even sent us photos and videos of us snorkeling via LINE. The snorkeling itself was tailored to the skill level of the participants, making it a very enjoyable experience. Overall, I appreciated their flexible guidance regarding the tour and subsequent activities.

We had a wonderful time with Aire Shimoda! The instructors were so kind and considerate. Not only did they make sure everyone was feeling comfortable, they also pointed out where to look for the most fish. We also learned some good techniques and this pleasant experience has given me so much more confidence for my next snorkeling adventure! We admittedly and regretfully do not speak Japanese, and we still had a great time. Depending on where you are staying, they may also offer pickup and drop-off. We really appreciated our time and hope to be back.
