About This Site
Deep Turbo is a dive site suitable only for the advanced and experienced divers, as the name says, as it has a depth between 18 and 35 meters and there is also a strong current. This makes for an excellent drift dive, though.The dive spot has a very interesting topography and a beautiful coral garden, which make for a very exciting and unforgettable dive. Here one can find both soft and hard corals, gorgonians and sponges, parrotfish, eagle rays, batfish, whitetip and blacktip reef sharks, garden eels, barracudas, seahorses, leopard sharks, turtles and triggerfish.The visibility here goes from around 15 to 20 meters and the water temperature is typical for the Gili area, reaching around 23 degrees Centigrade.Dive site info provided byPaula Lynndton mar. 1, 2019
