About This Site

An artificial reef that needs to be dived during slack tide. High Slack tide provides better visibility than low slack tide. During slack, you'll have about 45 minutes to explore the jetty. Shore entry generally, but some do take their boats there. On great visibility days, you'll see corals, sponges, reef fish, stingrays, flounder, octopus, stone crabs and more. Reef runs directly north and south and it is fairly easy to navigate. Just be sure to end your dives before the current really begins…
