About This Site

Japanese Garden is a great dive site for beginner divers in the Koh Tao area. It’s located off the tiny island of Koh Nang Yuan and contains a variety of hard corals, including lobe, lettuce, mushroom, staghorn, and slipper corals. Some of these structures are massive.The maximum depth of the site is about 18 meters/59 feet and the average visibility is 10-15 meters/32-49 feet. There’s usually no current at Japanese Garden, so divers of all levels can enjoy a dive here.While the corals are the stars of the site, you may also spot some interesting sea creatures.
