Grosa Island is a volcanic island located off the coast of La Manga del Mar Menor, in the Mediterranean Sea. Along with the islet of El Farallón, it is part of a protected area of great ecological and scenic value. Its seabed is home to a wealth of biodiversity and is notable for its rock formations, vertical walls, and, above all, caves and caverns that offer unique diving experiences.
