Carib Cargo / RoRo / Carib Ghost. This account comes from Steve P, one of the salvagers of the wreck. Carib was damaged during Hurricane Luis (1995), moored outside of Phillipsburg, and during Hurricane Bertha (1996) disappeared. Later, fisherman noticed an oil slick and a salvage team was dispatched. Carib had been found! It lays upright at 65 feet (19.8m) in sand surrounded by seagrass.
