About This Site

Diving at Pedra da Velha is a dive subject to currents in which we can see a greater dynamic of underwater life, especially huge shoals of Bogues and Horse Mackerel as far as the eye can see. At the bottom, shoals of Seabass are common. Generally for more advanced divers, where the depth can vary between 10 and 20 metres and sometimes with some current. Throughout the dive we can see walls of Corals, Anemones and Nudibranchs. Because it's such a dynamic site, you can usually see lots of Sunfish…
