About This Site

This site is one of the most beautiful in Coiba National Park due to its great abundance of gorgonian corals, sea fans, sponges, and a wide variety of marine life. It is frequently visited by whale sharks and giant manta rays and has a healthy population of whitetip reef sharks. There are hard corals and many gorgonians, as well as various species of green and pepper moray eels. Sponges are numerous, and frogfish and seahorses are often found among them.
