The dive site features steep underwater walls and deep blue waters that drop dramatically, attracting a variety of large sharks. Tiger sharks, thresher sharks, oceanic blacktips, and even the rare great hammerhead sharks are commonly spotted at Neregado. The site’s depth and proximity to the open ocean make it ideal for spotting these large predators, especially during the early morning hours when they tend to be more active.
