About This Site

North-east of the island, the channel mouth offers an interesting wall with caves at varying depths. During both incoming and outgoing currents, this site is a solid alternative when conditions run too strong at Kandooma Thila. While the wide and shallow plateau presents healthy hard coral formations, the most beautiful environments are found along its vertical walls and in caves at depths of 10 to 30 metres, well colonised by gorgonians and sponges. A consistently rewarding site for any season.
