You continue west of the islet, on a shoal, which you follow along a wall which then drops sheer to the sandy seabed at 35 m. The coral walls, which create various recesses and small canyons, are partly covered by a tapestry of Parazoanthus axinellae and are home to a fauna rich in fish, molluscs and crustaceans. Towards the open sea you can observe various predators hunting, including amberjacks and even tuna.
