About This Site
A dive site that is very similar to the nearby SD (Sekolah Dasar), Ped makes for an excellent drift dive. It is best suitable for divers of at least intermediate level.It has a depth between 3 and 25 meters and a very good visibility, which exceeds 20 meters.The dive spot has an extremely varied marine life, with an abundance of soft corals and all kinds of fish, such as lionfish, Napoleon wrasse, scorpionfish, sweetlips, tunas, moray eels and barracudas.Black tip and white tip reef sharks are also regular visitors here, and sightings of manta rays and eagle rays are possible.The currents from August to October bring a high chance of seeing the mola mola (sunfish), the world's largest bony fish.Dive site info provided byChelsea Fongon feb 25, 2019
