Germania and Bretagne two Shipwrecks one on the top of the other. The German steamship Germania departed from All Saits Bay on the night of August 11th 1876. The rudder system broke down 500 meters from Barra lighthouse, because of the current at the time. The ship was carried away and hit shallow rocks, and the ship started to sink.
