We did not stay at the resort, but we would like to share our experience at the restaurant. Overall, the restaurant offers good food and commendable service. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the dining experience pleasant. The quality of the food was satisfying and met our expectations. However, there are areas that could be improved. The menu is primarily in Korean and lacks a proper English translation, which makes it difficult for non-Korean guests to fully understand the offerings. This can be confusing and limits accessibility for international diners. Providing clear translations or visual guides would greatly enhance the customer experience. Additionally, the samgyupsal option only offers pork as the meat choice, with no alternative options available. At a price of around PHP 1,000, it feels slightly expensive given the limited selection. Despite these points, the friendly staff and good food make the restaurant worth visiting. With improvements to menu clarity and more variety in meat options, the dining experience could be even better.
