Xaman-Ha Connections - Tulum Private Tours

I booked my Cancun-Tulum airport transfer with Xaman-Ha, plus the Akumal turtle snorkeling tour and the Muyil canal floating tour. They were prompt, took care of every element of the tours (tickets, gear, transfers, food, drinks, photos), and very knowledgeable. Booking was easy and they are very responsive and proactive leading up to your tour. We only speak English and German and our guides' English was perfect, as was all communication over Whatsapp. Uri was a great guide — flexible, friendly, and funny. I highly recommend!

My husband and I recently booked a tour with Xaman-Ha Connections and we visited Tulum, Coba, 2 cenotes, stopped at a small community in the jungle for a traditional meal (absolutely delicious!) and were led through the property by a shaman who shared his family's history and various artifacts that had been found in the area, explained the healing/medicinal purpose of the various plants he picked and had us sample as we roamed the grounds, showed us his collection of bees who live in logs and let us try the honey they produced, and performed a ceremonial ritual with us. Our guide, Sabino, impressed us from the moment he picked us up from our resort in Cancun. Sabino's deep passion for the culture and history of his country coupled with his immense knowledge gained from his 30 years of experience as a guide and his continued professional development and numerous certifications resulted in my husband and I having the most incredible experience. We were so thrilled with our tour that we booked another tour with Sabino for the following week. We visited a church, Chichen Itza, 2 open air cenotes, did a tequila tasting, had another fabulous lunch, and did some shopping in Valladolid before returning to our hotel. Sabino went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had a memorable time. Sabino clearly communicated with us in English and he and my history buff husband conversed for hours about the Myans, Aztecs, architecture, artifacts, etc. I can't rave enough about our positive experience during both of the tours we booked with Sabino through Xama-Ha Connections. Their customer service and professionalism far surpassed our expectations. When we returned home and looked at the fabulous videos and photos that Sabino took on his phone and shared with us through WhatsApp, we sent an additional tip to him through PayPal because we were so happy that he had captured so many special moments during our tours. We are already planning on another tour with Sabino and Xaman-Ha Connections to Ek Balam and mire cenotes when we return to Mexico in 6 months. A private tour is well worth the expense and you won't be disappointed if booking through this company. We had a 5 star experience during both of the tours we booked and I will continue to use Xaman-Ha Connections for my future sightseeing excursions.

We wanted a private tour for this trip as we wanted the flexibility to see each sight out our own pace. I would definitely this tour. Best decision ever picking this company. We had Sabino as a guide, he was one of the best tour guides I've had. He is very knowledgeable and passionate which should has he explained everything to do us. He was very patient as we took lots of pictures and he took lots of pictures of his own for us which he shared with us at the end so we got lots of natural shots too. Chichen Itza was amazing to see and we loved swimming in a cenote and brought some amazing flavoured Tequila at the Tequila tasting. It was great having private vehicle and we Sabino stopped along the way for regular toilet stops and provided us with refreshments and snacks. It was an amazing trip and would definitely recommend using this company.
