Amazing service! We went to them with our regulators, because earlier service with different companies wasn't proper done. From the first moment of talking to them in the shop, to excellent ongoing communication about what needed to be fixed and the delivery of perfect serviced dive gear. He is very knowledgeable and gave several tricks to take even better care of our gear in the future. You are always met with a big smile and superb customer service. Cannot recommend them enough! They are making a new modified, hard plastic dust cap for the regulator, that is working perfect to keep out moist and water, while cleaning your gear. 👌😎 Also recommended!

I would give Nong Ning and Arndt 6 stars for friendly helpful customer service if I could. I only bought a dive mask at X Dive, but it became a fun process with the 3 of us designing my very own mask strap sleeve logo too 😄. Hopefully I can come back and actually dive with you guys. Thanks!

Five Star recommendation **** I randomly visited the x dive store for checking on new fins. I ended up buying new jet fins and on top a trip to Koh Bon and Koh Tachai. We had a great day out and i could test the new equipment in quite strong current. It was really worth to visit the team at X Dive as they have a lot of knowledge about gear and the area around Khaolak. Thanks for the great experience.
