Wonder Dive Bali

Wow, what an unforgettable experience! This was my very first time diving, and I did the Scuba Discovery program with Kadek at Wonderdive Tulamben. From the very beginning, Kadek made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed — exactly what you need when you’re trying something totally new. I ended up doing six dives, and Kadek was with me every single moment — guiding me, showing me incredible marine life, and making sure I always felt safe and confident. The underwater world here is just breathtaking — it truly feels like discovering a whole new planet. We also stayed on-site in their beautiful villas, which were perfect after a day of diving. The coffee was great, and everyone was so friendly and accommodating — you can tell they really love what they do. Whether you’re a little nervous about your first dive or already an experienced diver, I can’t recommend Wonderdive enough. The team is professional, kind, and absolutely dedicated to making your experience amazing. Already counting down the days until I can come back and do my Open Water course. A bit of the main road, going up, is this nice small place with bungalows around a garden and small swimming pool. We got a warm welcome from staff and the cats that live there. The room had ac and a very nice shower. The staff was very helpful and we got tanks from their diveshop and they drop us to the beach for diving and picked us up after the dive.

I went diving for three days with Kadek around Tulamben and it was wonderful! I really appreciated how he understood that while I liked being shown cool creatures, I also liked having the opportunity underwater to look for things myself. I loved that at busy sites, he took me away from the crowds so that it seemed like it was just the two of us in the water. Would definitely dive with Wonder Dive again if I ever revisit Tulamben.
