An absolutely unforgettable experience! The entire team was professional, friendly, and extremely supportive from start to finish. As a first-timer, I felt completely safe and well-guided throughout the dive. The instructors explained everything patiently and made sure we were comfortable before going underwater. The equipment was well-maintained, and the underwater experience was simply magical. This dive center truly knows how to turn fear into excitement and moments into lifelong memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience scuba diving with confidence and joy!

Very disappointing and absolutely not recommended. Beware!! Our experience with White Shell Divers was extremely poor and unprofessional. Initially, Rohit quoted ₹1000 per person for 30 minutes of snorkeling without photos/videos. The next morning, when we reached Bharatpur beach on Neil Island at 6:15 am (as pre-decided), he suddenly changed the terms and said photos/videos were mandatory, increasing the price to ₹1500 per person. This felt completely misleading and like a bait-and-switch tactic. We had clearly informed and reconfirmed with Rohit atleast three times that we needed to be done by 8 am to catch our ferry. Despite this, they delayed the process and only took us by boat at 7:30 am. We were finally free around 9 am. Because of their mismanagement, we had to rush straight to the ferry and skip breakfast. To make things worse, we were taken underwater for barely 20 minutes instead of the promised 30 minutes. The photo and video quality was pathetic. Out of total 10-12 photos, almost all had our faces cut off and only showed our bodies, in none of the photos we are visible. The 1 video barely captured us and mostly showed corals — something you can easily watch on YouTube. When I tried calling to raise this issue, Rohit was very rude and just simply cut the call twice. Further, There is also no standard pricing. For scuba, one person in our group was charged ₹2,500 (with photos), while another was charged ₹4,000 for the same experience on the same boat. Clearly inconsistent and unfair pricing — please bargain very carefully if you still choose to go ahead. The suits provided were also unhygienic and were reused without proper washing. Overall, this was a highly disappointing, unprofessional, and poorly managed experience. We did scuba in Havelock and the experience was very good, so if you chose to do any activity in Neil island, I would strongly recommend choosing another diving center. Reply: You mentioned that we did not do through you. Do you mean to say Rohit and Pablo are not a part of your team? Please have some shame before blatantly lying. We have messages from Rohit to convince us to do snorkeling through White Shell.
