Extremely unprofessional staff! Booked resort dive for 2 and weren't informed about cancellation policies. We wanted to cancel reservation due to injury, but were asked to pay full price. Also, they don't provide participation certificate if you're a first time diver (all you get is a sarcastic look and smile). Payment options are a joke: they accept US dollar for cash payment and credit card payments are charged in Euros. Open water certificate includes 6 dives, off which 5 are house reef dives which can't justify the high asking price. IMO their only motive is to maximize profits.

For me as a beginner (arrived with 14 dives) the base seemed to be well organized. Staff was great & international (shoutout to Desiree, Mateja, Beat & Markus!). The house reef was very beautiful and the boat trips were fun, too. I had a lot of fun and can't wait to come back. I can highly recommend a night dive on the house reef, what an experience!
