Wai Resort - Raja Ampat

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very kind and friendly. The rooms were comfortable spacious and clean. The massage was wonderful and snorkeling was very good.

A truly outstanding stay at Wai Resort in Raja Ampat. Everything was perfect—from the absolutely paradisiac location to the excellent and surprisingly refined cuisine. The PADI-certified diving center, led by Ade, delivers a highly professional and attentive service, making every dive smooth, safe, and unforgettable. If I had to point out one minor downside, some of the bungalows could benefit from a little refresh, and it would be great to implement measures to reduce the number of mosquitoes inside the rooms, as they can be quite bothersome in the early morning and evening. Overall, an exceptional resort that I would gladly return to.

Wai Resort Dive Center and Wai Resort Hotel truly delivered an outstanding experience from the very first day! We had an absolutely amazing stay — everything was perfect from start to finish. The diving director was outstanding — super professional, reassuring, always attentive — and the dive guides were incredible: passionate, caring, knowledgeable, and always excited to show us the best of the underwater world. You can really feel how much they love what they do, and it makes a huge difference. The boat trips were always relaxed and comfortable, with very few people on board, never crowded, and the whole team was constantly focused on our comfort and enjoyment. A huge highlight: perfect air quality and flawless compressor maintenance! Over 60 dives and not once did we experience a headache or any strange taste in the air. Truly impeccable. And the Wai Resort Hotel was just as impressive. The staff was incredible — kind, attentive, always smiling, and genuinely dedicated to our well-being. The rooms, the service, the atmosphere… everything made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. In short: Wai Resort offers the perfect combination of a highly professional, passionate dive center and a warm, exceptional hotel. Without a doubt one of the best trips we’ve ever had.
