Great experience with this travel agency! Alex was super friendly and helpful. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, he used a translator to explain everything patiently, which made the whole process easy and comfortable. I booked a tour here because of his kindness, and I was really happy with the tour he recommended — good value for money and well organized. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had some tours booked already but they ended up getting canceled so we talked to Alex from Viajeros and he was able to get us booked last minute for some of the most popular tours such as Bartolome. We also ended up spending less than what we paid originally. He was also very kind and offered to let us use the wetsuits for the day while we explored around the day before the trip. Couldn’t recommend them enough

I booked several tours with Veronika on Isabela Island - Los Túneles, Las Minas de Azufre (volcano excursion), my ferry tickets to Isabela, and a tour to Seymour Norte. Communication with Veronika was always excellent. She offered the best options and prices, and every tour was perfectly organized. At Los Túneles, I saw an incredible amount of marine life - including a shark, a seahorse, a turtle, and a ray. The Las Minas de Azufre volcano excursion had absolutely stunning views. And on Seymour Norte, I was incredibly lucky: I saw many blue-footed boobies and even watched male frigatebirds inflating their red gular pouches - a truly unforgettable moment. I’m very happy I met Veronika, and I highly recommend her agency to anyone visiting the Galápagos.
