Absolutely Exceptional Experience with Up Dive! Our private tour to Balandra with the Up Dive team was nothing short of unforgettable. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to personalize our experience, offering us options like snorkeling or hiking to make the day uniquely ours. One of our guides, a knowledgeable marine biologist, added incredible depth to the trip—stopping along the way so we could observe dolphins, playful sea lions, and even a breathtaking encounter with humpback whales. The level of service was outstanding. The guides were attentive and professional throughout, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. They set up a beautiful private lunch area for us on the beach at Balandra and served fresh, delicious ceviche that made the day feel even more special. This was hands down one of the best tours we’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Up Dive again—they truly deliver a top-tier adventure.

Wow! What a trip. Miguel and Regina were incredibly kind guides and made our group’s trip to Balandra Bay the highlight of our time in La Paz. From the easy pickup at the dock on the Malcone to the delicious ceviche on the beach, the entire experience was excellent. Throughout the trip, Regina shared lots of fascinating information about the local wildlife, including the many birds and sea lions, and we even saw dolphins hunting at Balandra! On the ride back to La Paz, the sunset colours were breathtaking. Easily the best vacation excursion we’ve ever done. 100% recommend and would do again.
