We had a great time diving in Mabul for 3 days! Antok and Maxime are very knowledgeable and passionate and everyone on the boat made the diving experience safe and fun. Loved it!

We had wonderful dives in Sipadan island, Mabul & Mataking; lucky to see the school of jackfishs & barracudas. Thank you the uncle chang crew; they were great. The accomodation was easy and clean. Little extra: great cappuccino in the café upstairs

I booked my diving and accommodation well in advance as I know that getting to Sipadan takes a lot of preparation. We were able to sort it all out through WhatsApp communication which was very clear. Once my deposit was paid it was all plain sailing even when Air Asia changed its flight times on a couple of occasions. While there I met people who had come to learn how to dive and others who were doing tech dive training which would give them skills to do cave diving they were all very pleased with their experiences. As for me I was very happy with my diving all of which ran very smoothly. Uncle Chang arranged the airport transfers which were punctual and smooth. Food and drinks are available in the centre. The accommodation was comfortable and fine for me. I could walk to local shops and restaurants. It’s also easy to get a Grab if you don’t fancy walking in the heat. Many people stayed elsewhere in hotels in Semporna. On Mabul it was similar good accommodation on stilted chalets on the sea. Getting onto the island was an experience walking along elevated paths through the locals village. Weird but safe. My dive leaders , several of which were one on one, were experienced in the sites and good at spotting all forms of marine life.
