4 of us went for the open water dive certification, and we enjoyed it! the centre has everything you need - though some of the fins are very worn out. mine cut into the side of my foot till it bleeds, so please buy socks to prevent this! my friend’s fin has a tear on the side that progressively worsen. although usable, he has to use significantly more energy to move around. these issues could be solved if we highlight earlier, but we didnt know haha… highly highly recommend our instructor haw kuen! he is knowledgeable, friendly yet firm. he kept reassuring us that we are doing a good job. yet he made sure that we do our drills properly before moving on. during dives, he will always check on us to make sure everything is okay. we dived at pirates and renggis island. if we were to continue with advanced, we hope to re-engage him! on accoms (4-bed room) was aite at best i guess. the aircon took a while to cool down. the room is with the usual bugs, mosquitoes and small cockroach. the shower pressure is abit weak, the toilet is usable. but its fine! all in all, recommend!

UDive are the recommended dive shop in Tioman Island, they are professional as instructors to guide to provide comfortable diving experience. Been here for my Rescue certification and today i come back as Fun diver!!

Recently completed my Open Water Diver certification with UDive. The whole process of learning the skills and going for the dives far exceeded my expectations! Would highly recommend instructor Telly, was knowledgeable and patient throughout the course.
