Uber Scuba Komodo

Three days of diving with Uber Scuba is not enough, if I could dive for ten days I would but unfortunately I had school. My instructor, Bang Avis is very nice, helpful, and reliable. He is very professional but also cheerful and passionate. I've never felt safer diving because of the team's proper planning, safety considerations, careful assesments of the dive site's current. The dive briefings were clear and the instructions they gave are thorough and clear. The lunch they had are also delicious and the boat we use is clean and comfortable. I had the best diving experience with Uber Scuba and would definitely choose Uber Scuba for my future dives in Komodo!

I recently dove with Uber Scuba Komodo as a relatively new AOW diver, and I cannot recommend them enough! Komodo is famous for its ripping currents, which can be a bit intimidating, but the team made me feel completely at ease. A massive shoutout to my instructor, Sangeeta. She is incredibly professional, encouraging, and exactly the kind of dive leader you want by your side in challenging waters. Before we even got in the water, she provided thorough and clear guidance so our team knew exactly what to expect. Underwater, she was constantly checking in and taking care of us, which gave me so much confidence. At the end of the trip, she even took the time to give me personalized suggestions on how to improve my diving skills. Her dedication to safety and overall professionalism is truly top-notch! The boat itself was fantastic, very comfortable with a nice shaded rooftop area featuring bean bags to relax on between dives, and the toilets were kept very clean. As for the food, the standard lunch provided was just a little bit on the salty side for my personal taste. I know they actually offer a vegan lunch option, so I will definitely make sure to choose that next time I visit! Overall, it was an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be recommending Uber Scuba Komodo to any friends planning a trip to Komodo Island, and I highly recommend asking to dive with Sangeeta!

Had a fantastic day out diving with Uber Scuba in Labuan Bajo! Their office is conveniently located along Jln Soekarno Hatta — just a short 3–5 minute walk to the harbour — which made the morning meet-up really fuss-free. We met at 7.00am and were already departing the harbour by around 7.20am. The dive boat was spacious (about 20+ divers onboard) with plenty of dive guides and crew. Everything was well organised from the get-go — boat orientation, general safety briefing, and very detailed site briefings before each dive. Dive groups were kept small (max 1 guide to 4 divers) and thoughtfully arranged according to certification level and experience. Equipment rental was smooth and hassle-free, and the dive deck was neatly laid out. They also took really good care of us throughout the day: • Fruits, biscuits, coffee and tea before the first dive • Fresh banana pancakes after the first dive • A hot and scrumptious lunch after the second dive • More snacks after the third dive Dive sites were chosen carefully based on conditions and marine life potential — we saw turtles and were incredibly lucky to encounter about 30 mantas at Mawan on our final dive! (After navigating some rather “exciting” Komodo currents earlier in the day 😅) The dive guides and crew were friendly and professional throughout. Communication over WhatsApp in the lead-up to the trip was also prompt and clear — especially impressive considering I only decided to join the dives two days in advance. As an added bonus, I was even given a complimentary upgrade to a 15L tank (subject to availability), which this self-professed air guzzler really appreciated! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a safe, well-organised and enjoyable dive experience in Komodo.
