Turtle Bay Dive Resort

I stayed at Turtle Bay Dive Resort in Moalboal and overall it was a good experience. The location is a bit far from the main area, and you need to walk a little to find transportation, which can be a bit inconvenient. But at the same time, that’s what makes it peaceful and cozy — it’s a quiet and relaxing place. The pool was really nice and cozy, perfect for chilling. The room was okay and comfortable. The staff were good, friendly, and helpful. Overall, it’s a calm and beautiful place to stay, especially if you’re looking for somewhere quiet away from the busy areas.

The hotel is okay. Not so great, just in the mid. The facilities, pool and resort grounds are beautiful. The restaurant could be better. The breakfast could be better as well, if there are more salads, fruits, and healthy local dishes. Please add buko in your drinks menu. The room is not so great, the shower does not have a door so our bathroom is always wet after a shower. Also, you cannot flush toilet paper which is understandable. The room itself is mid, a luggage stand could be handy and the ac could be quieter. For the great part, the staffs are all friendly and helpful. The spa and massage is great. The location is conviniently close to the activities and the town. A nice Snorkeling area is in front of the resort. All in all good stay.

Stayed 2 nights, wonderful experience overall. The view of the bay and the overall grounds are prettier than the pictures and the staff was super friendly. Rooms were good but basic, very comfy with lots of space to dry clothes. Food was better than expected - nice breakfast! Lunch/dinner hit or miss, though all the pasta dishes we had were awesome. If you're staying in Maolboal, it's probably for diving/snorkeling/canyons etc - so don't think of this place as an all-inclusive 5 star resort, but instead as a super high caliber home base and planning center and you'll really appreciate it!
