TUI BLUE Olhuveli Romance

Our stay at TUI Blue Olhuveli Romance was nothing short of magical. The adults-only Romance Island gave us exactly what we were hoping for peace, privacy, and a truly intimate honeymoon experience. A special thanks to our Areen Island host, who was incredibly supportive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Everyone at the property greeted us with genuine smiles and warm hospitality, which instantly made us feel welcome. Both our Beach Villa with Pool and Water Villa with Pool were absolutely mesmerizing beautifully designed, private, and perfect for relaxing and soaking in the Maldives vibe. There was never a dull moment: fun sports activities, a deeply relaxing spa experience, and exhilarating scuba diving that we’ll remember forever. The food deserves a special mention an amazing variety with teppanyaki, lagoon lunch, some of the best burgers and pizzas, and delicious Indian food, and beautiful surprise honeymoon dinner dates Overall, this resort struck the perfect balance between relaxation, adventure, and romance. Truly an unforgettable stay, and we can’t wait to return someday. 🌊✨💙

We think we have just found our paradise island! This adult only island resort delivers exactly what was promised, this was our 5th Maldivian island and by far the best we have visited and great value. The island was spotless, very calm / quiet and relaxing, with a fantastic atmosphere, we couldn't fault the island location, walk-in snorkeling, with Turtles, even access to 2 adjacent islands, with a bus / buggy service. The room was very large and immaculately presented, a huge circular bed, sofa and bench seat, the bathroom equally large with 2 showers and a bath! Outside a private beach area, shade canopy, plunge pool on a terrace with seating and direct access to the beach and a coral garden in the sea. The staff were very attentive, polite and friendly from the moment we landed, met our host Areen, who answered to all our needs, we had a personal WhatsApp group set up with him and he was there to answer our every need, night or day.......,and he did, with a smile. But all the staff were very attentive, helpful, friendly, chatty at the bars, especially at The Restauant and The Bite, always remembering us, our drink preferences, it was like being part of a family, including Priya our housemaid, the TUI manager Peter and Lily, it ran like clockwork from start to finish. When we arrived they said 'welcome home' and that is how it felt. How good was it, we have just booked up to return in June, another big celebration. This is a barefoot island, relaxed, shorts & shirts are smart enough, if it rains umbrellas are provided. Fabulous all round, thanks a lot.

An amazing holiday. The staff were all attentive and friendly, especially Hoodah and Ashree at the restaurants. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and mini-bar topped up. For your final day, you may not have all meals included as this is dependant on your arrival time. It's a shame that this wasn't explained properly when we first arrived. $55 each for a buffet lunch seemed very expensive, so we decided against it and wait until getting to the airport at 6pm. All-inclusive drinks continue to be available. Our host wasn't overly attentive. We met them upon arrival and one time in passing during lunch, but that's it. Some of our bookings hadn't been made correctly. The resort does like to push the use of WhatsApp and online information. This wasn't what we wanted, as we had planned for a detox from electronic devices. The pushing of this meant that at times, other guests were often rude and took little regard when trying to take the perfect photograph. All being said, this wouldn't put us off from visiting again but there are a lot of other resorts in the Maldives to explore.
