Fantastic. Hidden gem. The beach of Tuent is very beautiful. The diving was great with excellent instructors and the evening in the accommodation place exceptional with a lot of charm only beaten by the owners and instructors providing a real good feel atmosphere. We will be back, thank you Curo!!!
Really kind and friendly people. I initially found it challenging to make my way over because of the remoteness of the place, but the owner/staff was so helpful and gave me tips on how to get there. In the end, I chose to drive and it was so worth the drive too; an amazing road through the mountains, worth it in itself. I rented a kayak and it was magical. Tranquil and beautiful. 10/10. I will be back to dive the next time I'm around! :D Gracias!
TL,DR: do yourself a favor and go there, this is "diving done right", located at an amazing place, run by lovely people! Together with a friend I stayed at the dive camp for one week, during which we did 11 dives with Joan and the team of Tuent Adventure. While many of the dives where indeed adventurous (night dive, long drift dive, exploring grottos), they were also always relaxed. We usually dived in a small group of 3 to 5 divers from shore or from "toni blau" (the stations zodiac), with one or two 45-60min dives per day. The organization of the dives was relaxed but professional, the sites varied and the landscape amazing (both below and above the water). The stay at the "camp" was more like a nice guest house: we stayed in two rooms (one with balcony) and shared the kitchen, bathroom and beers with the dive team. After the dives, we relaxed in our hammocks in the garden (pack those if you go there), logging our dives and reading books. Also, getting to Tuent from the Airport in Palma was much more straight forward then google maps made us believe (talk to the team, they give good advice). Due to the weather, we had one dive-free day, on which we explored the amazing surroundings on a very nice 4.5h hike to Soller (recommended). I am sad we had to leave eventually and unfortunately I am restricted to 5 stars...
