I just got back from Donny’s yoga and freediving retreat, and it was such an amazing experience! Even though I didn’t do any freediving this time, I absolutely loved it. The yoga sessions were beautifully led, perfectly balancing relaxation and focus, and the group dynamic made the whole experience even more special. It was really inspiring to watch the others dive and share their experiences.
