Calling him a 'boss' is a stretch—he has no idea what customer service means. He’s just some greedy guy who’s all about the money.

I’ve done the kayak + scuba package with them multiple times and absolutely love it. Super friendly team. We ALWAYS, every single time, see sea turtles. So awesome!

The worst! experience I had in Guam. I went to use a one-hour coupon from Westin Hotel. In the afternoon, I showed the coupon and asked if I could use it. The Japanese manager’s face turned sour and he said no, telling me to come back the next morning. (Looking back, I should have known better and not gone the next day.) The next day at 10 a.m., I went back. Two other staff members were explaining that I could use the coupon for kayaking. Then, the Japanese manager from the day before came out and got annoyed because of the coupon. He said all the reservations were full until 12 and told me to come back in two hours, refusing to return the coupon. When I asked to make a reservation for two hours later, he yelled at me, saying I couldn’t make a reservation with a coupon. That we don’t have the right. So I asked for my coupon back, but he refused. When I raised my voice and insisted since I hadn’t used it yet, he finally threw it back at me and mumbled insults under his breath. Even the people who had made reservations were told to pay in cash. 괌에서 했던 경험중 최악~
