The service is great. We initially booked for a morning tour but because the weather wasn’t great they offered to reschedule to next afternoon. (They offer a full refund too, just in case) They want to take you when the water is calm so you can have a good experience. I booked this trip with my partner who’s a non-swimmer but Kike the guide took great care. They give you a lil intro in the water near the dock then the tour starts. They take you to an underwater sink hole (cenote) then to a beautiful coral reef and MUSA. The next stop is to swim with turtles (we saw three of them and one was super big) and ends with a swim around the shipwreck. The cenote itself is unique to find but there wasn’t as much fish I’d expected however the coral reef, MUSA and shipwreck had tons of variety of fishes. We swam through many big schools of fish. It’s a great experience for everyone and worth every dollar you spend. My partner got seasickness and they helped her with lot of empathy. They have a first aid kit too but they don’t have something to help with the sea sickness so carry something with you. Eat very light because you’re going on speed boat, you would be easily prone to sea sickness. PS: They advertise you’d be in water for 2.5 hrs but we were there only for 1.5 to 2 hours. May be because they had to reschedule and squeeze in all the bookings. Also 60USD for the photos is a bit too much.

Visited Total Snorkel today. Signed up at our hotel (this added a few $) but hotel pick up/ drop off was worth it. The experience was amazing. My wife has a strong glasses prescription, they had a mask that worked great! We were very …

100/10!!! This excursion is worth every penny. We had 8 people on the speed boat. It was only us snorkelling at each stop. Maurice kept a constant watch on all 8 of us. I was provided with prescription goggles which allowed me to see almost perfect, I’m very near sighted with astigmatisms in both eyes. Maurice gave me a lesson on how to snorkel before the trip, it was easy. This made all the difference for me!! What we saw underwater-amazing giant turtles, underwater manmade museum, and the “Mexican Titanic” shipwreck, not to mention the tropical colourful fish everywhere. We even saw a baby barracuda. The masks were really waterproof and we got lifejackets that you could empty the air out easily if you wanted to dive. I loved it and highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking for an amazing adventure.
