I recently completed my open water diving license with Tioman Scuba Dive Resort, and the experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The entire process from theory sessions to confined water training and open water dives was organized with a strong focus on safety, learning, and enjoyment. The facilities and equipment provided were top-notch, and the staff were friendly, supportive, and very professional. A huge thank you to my instructor, Saiful Faidhi who played a key role in making this journey so memorable. Their patience, clarity in instruction and deep knowledge of diving helped me build both confidence and skill in the water. They created a calm and encouraging environment which was perfect for learning. Getting my open water diving license was a major goal for me and I'm grateful I chose Tioman Scuba Dive Resort to do it. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get certified or improve their diving skills.

I had an incredible experience at Tioman Scuba Dive Resort while completing my Open Water certification. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to ensure that each aspect of the course was clearly explained. Their passion for diving was evident, but they also maintained a calm and supportive environment, which helped ease any anxieties I had as a beginner. The dive sites around Tioman are breathtaking, with stunning coral reefs and diverse marine life, which made every dive a memorable adventure. The resort itself was clean and comfortable, offering a good base for both training and relaxation. Equipment provided was well-maintained, and safety was always a priority during our dives. What stood out most was the team’s willingness to accommodate individual needs, making sure that each diver, regardless of experience level, felt confident and prepared. The staff’s professionalism and dedication to ensuring we had a smooth, well-organized experience made a significant difference. Recently had an incredible experience obtaining my open water dive license with Tioman Scuba Dive Resort. The resort offers a comprehensive package, including meals, which made things so convenient. Being a family-run business, everyone was welcoming, creating a relaxed and homely environment. The training started with general awareness and basic hand signal lesson as per SSI module then for practical we started did in a pool - allowing us to get comfortable with the basics before heading out to the open ocean. The dive instructors Boon & Bob were exceptional—very patient, attentive, and focused on each student’s progress. The waves were quite strong when I first entered the open ocean, but my instructor Boon made my buddy and I feel safe at all times. Bob at the other hand, incharged as my instructor during my boat dive. Bob is fun, strict at the same time to ensure we practice what we learn during the class. I didn't expect it was raining when we reached to the surface after we were done with 18 meter dive - indirectly it has created such a memorable diving adventure to me. The setting of the resort in a quaint kampung juara (village) area added a unique charm, making the whole experience even more vibrant and authentic. The next day after dive we managed to hike the famous waterfall in Tioman island named Lubuk Teja just in 45 mins - 1 hour easy trail. Though it is easy trail but I m strongly advise dont go there alone. I even rented a motorbike to explore the village, and it was so much-much fun! The peaceful surroundings and local atmosphere kampung vibes made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this resort is a choice of destination for anyone looking for a fun, safe, and memorable diving adventure. Highly recommended!
