The location is beautiful and right on the beach, and the restaurant staff were very nice. However, as a 22-year-old solo female traveler, I felt very uncomfortable after inappropriate behavior and sexual remarks from one staff member (Sham is much older than me, 40+). This made me feel unsafe, and after reading other reviews I see I’m not the only one. I would not recommend this place for solo female travelers until this issue is taken seriously.

I stayed at the dormitory, shared room. No expectations at all. The room is OK, staff is great and it is directly on the beach with coral reefs right in front. I went for a refresh dive with Safar after 13 years. He took care of everything. It was great staying there. Highly recommend.

Just completed two fun dives with Safar today. Wonderful guide and kind human being. Felt save the entire time since regularly checked on us and provided a very welcoming atmosphere. Very aware of every diver and the ocean environment. Pointed out various species and corals. Recommend him and the diving centre 100%. Thank you for this wonderful experience on Tioman Island and see you soon!
