Tierra de Anilao Beach Resort

Extremely disappointing! The prices were steep for what felt like an Airbnb, and the amenities didn't match the cost. The small pool was cleaned but quickly became a problem with bugs falling in. The sea view was alright, but we noticed better views on the east side of the island. Access to the beach was inconvenient, requiring crossing the road and through another compound. The biggest concern was the lack of staff at night, leaving our family with young children feeling unsafe as we were the only people there! The property, still under construction, was not ready for guests. We encountered grasshoppers, flying red ants, black ants, and spiders in the room at night, making it unbearable to stay. At 7,500 pesos, it wasn't worth it. We had to cut our stay short and book another hotel.

Very nice room. Swimming pool is good for family bonding or small group bonding. Beach is not so nice but if you like scuba diving its a good place. Owner and staff are very nice and accommodating. Very relaxing place, peaceful and safe.

Great place to relax after a stressful week. Good environment for jogging as well.
