Shallow Magic & Macro Dreams: Diving the Three Pools 🤿🪸 The "Dahab Dream" Honest Summary: "As a local guide and diving enthusiast, I consider the Three PoolsClick to open side panel for more information one of the most relaxing shore dives in Southern Dahab. To be 100% honest: if you are looking for deep walls or 'The Abyss,' this isn't it. But for an Ultra-Premium experience in sunlight, coral health, and macro photography, this site is a masterpiece of shallow-water biodiversity." 🌟 Why Three Pools is a Diver's Favorite: The "Three Pools" Entry: The dive begins by navigating through three natural sandy-bottomed basins in the reef flat. The way the light dances in these shallow pools (3-4 meters) makes for an incredible start and a beautiful safety stop on the way back. The Coral Garden: Beyond the pools, the reef opens into a stunning, sloping coral garden. You’ll find a massive variety of hard and soft corals, including impressive salad-leaf corals and brain corals that have been growing for centuries. Marine Life Variety: It is a hotspot for "Nemo" (Clownfish) in their anemones, blue-spotted rays, and large schools of parrotfish. If you look closely at the sandy patches, you might even spot a well-camouflaged crocodilefish. Perfect for Training: Due to its sheltered nature and easy depth (averaging 10–18 meters), it is the ideal spot for PADI Open Water courses or for experienced divers looking for a long, "easy" air-consumption dive.
A famous diving site. With a lot of coral reef. As a snorkeling, you wouldn't find many corals. Also there you can find the location of beach buggies that you can ride it as a safari trip to Wadi Gnaai
They didn't let me go karting in peace. The driver was driving very slowly and wouldn't let me accelerate or drift. Instead of an hour, we drove for 30 minutes like a snail. The instructor had a head-on collision with me.
