4.3 · 103 reviewsWhat a beautiful hotel this was, glad to have stayed as enjoyed our time there. Rooms unreal but wouldn't go a miss if there could be a fridge to keep water in. Service the two girls at the front desk could use more enthusiasm towards guests, the Philippines work staff can't fault them. Location again unreal as like being away from strip and being quiet, but only thing to point out is the road as the trike drivers charge more to bring us to the hotel because of the road.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a lovely experience. The standout feature was definitely the local staff – they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay. The food was also excellent, with plenty of tasty options, and the hotel itself is set in beautiful surroundings which made it a really relaxing place to spend time. The free snorkelling equipment was a great bonus and something we made good use of. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned regularly, which we really appreciated. One small improvement would be the addition of a fridge in the rooms, which would be useful for keeping drinks cool in the heat. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The main road leading to and from the hotel is extremely bumpy, and since you have to use it to go anywhere outside of the hotel, it does make getting around a bit inconvenient. The location is also slightly away from the main strip, which means taxis are often needed, so the overall price felt a little on the expensive side given this. The pool area was pleasant but could have been cleaner during our stay, and it would be great to see more sun loungers. While the reception team were polite, we found them a bit unhelpful when it came to booking excursions or getting information about activities in the area. Overall, this is a charming 3-star hotel with fantastic food, wonderful local staff, and beautiful surroundings. With a few small improvements to facilities and guest information, it could easily become an even better place to stay.

The hotel is really beautiful, the view is really nice with its own private beach, which ads a great value. The breakfast and meals are good, and the staff is kind. However: While we did some snorkeling there, we got surrounded by dozens of jellyfish, which of course the hotel can’t do anything about, but it would be nice to have a warning sign in place. Also, it was difficult to unwind in our room at night, because the rooms are absolutely not soundproof at all & we could hear our neighbors from their terrace quite loudly, luckily we had earplugs. The bedsheets also felt damp and almost wet, probably because of poor ventilation or high humidity in the room.
