Everything is really high standards and the equipment is good. I did 6 dives with Rodrigo which was amazing. He had an amazing knowledge of the cenote history and the dives were also tours of the jungle and the cenotes. Very professional and expert diver, and very nice person to be with. If you go ask for Rodrigo!
Total Scam. Avoid These Tours in Tulum and Akumal. I booked what was supposed to be a 1-hour snorkeling tour with turtles in Akumal. It turned into a 10-minute swim and a complete scam. They charged me 500 pesos for the tour, then I had to pay an extra 415 pesos just to enter Parque del Jaguar. No proper guide, no real tour, just 10 minutes in the water and that was it. When I tried to get a refund, Chucho at the office pretended to help but kept lying. He claimed he was trying to reach the captain to “hear his side of the story” — but all day, nothing. Meanwhile, I had all the proof that the tour lasted only 10 minutes. He is clearly complicit in this scam. In the end, he gave me back just 200 pesos and kept the rest. No accountability, just a bunch of excuses. This was a clear setup and a shameful way to treat visitors. Do not book any tours with them. They are scammers and liars. I hope people stop supporting businesses like this.
I got PADI certified by them. The training was superb. The strong focus on safety has me prepared to dive confidently, and the location was breathtaking. Five stars.
