4.5 · 142 reviewsThe boss and crews was very friendly and the service was excellent. Communication also was not a big deal for them. Them can speak Chinese, English , Malay, Cantonese ... The price for dinner was affordable. Also have free Transportation to jetty.

One of the best organized Hotels in the country. Rooms are clean and big enough Food is super tasty I would suggest to keep improving to wash the towels in professional washing maschines. I think they do it in washing machines that they have there. That, by the way, are free to use for the guests, that is amazing.

Average stay with some issues The Firefly Resort is nicely located, but our experience was rather mixed. The rooms are a bit run-down and could use better upkeep. We had mice between the ceiling and the roof during our last two nights, which made sleeping difficult. While the staff was friendly, they seemed overwhelmed – not just with this issue, but also when it came to organizing things or providing basic information. It’s a place with potential, but it clearly needs better service and maintenance.
