Loved our stay here, it’s one of the higher end places to stay in the area. Further away from the restaurants and bars but the food at the resort is good. The views are great and serene quiet getaway. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are too. We stayed somewhere else in moalboal and it doesn’t compare to the quality and cleanliness here. The staff if very sweet and owners kids are always around. The wifi is good and drinking water is available. The only issue I would say is the tours from the hotel are not great. We did a snorkeling one and there wasn’t a guide to take us they just boated us to the locations and let us loose with no information about the sea or fish. They also didn’t have enough life vests for everyone and didn’t make us wear them which was odd.

I really loved this resort for location near Moalboal, for their amazing staff and for the great diving experience. They also helped plan outings to see the Sardines, Whale Sharks in Oslob, Cayoneering in Kawasan Falls and our transport to/from the airport in Cebu. An amazing example of an eco-lodge with fun critters everywhere (including a coral reef right in front of the resort), but with amenities like Air Conditioning and hot water. We would highly recommend this Dive Resort for your trip to Moalboal!

We are staying here right now. Doing an unfavourable review for me is very unusual but there are just too many things. Calling the rooms here “luxury” is a stretch. They are serviceable and quite large but there is no furniture - there is a bed (with a very annoying mosquito net) a bureau, and a small table and 2 chairs and a large wide open space - our bags are on the floor because there is nowhere to unpack them like a luggage rack or a bench. The glass table is not appropriate for a suitcase and the only place for us to set “stuff” because there is no other option. That is minor. We wanted to sit down by the sea where the view is really beautiful and the resort pictures display loungers, but there were none there and the person at the front desk said “ no we did not put loungers out but maybe you could see if someone will put some there” - not the response I expected. She did end up arranging for 2 chairs for us but only when I expressed my disappointment with her answer. As it turns out you really cannot swim in the sea here as the vegetation is taking over as soon as you get thigh deep so it is not good swimming conditions. We used the pool which was pleasant but only a total of 4 loungers - they clearly expect everyone to be gone for tours all day and not care to sit by the pool. We did too, but after 5 hours or early morning kanyoneering just wanted to relax. If you are coming for diving you won’t care about most of this rant. On the bright side, they have water stations set up for filling your bottles, and the food in the restaurant is good if you don’t want to take the absolutely horrible road out for meals.
