One week after our entire Bali stay, and we are still most fondly remembering staying at Tauch Terminal. The only reason I’d give them a 4 is because they totally goofed up our room. We paid extra for a nicer room, got settled in, realized that we were checked into a lower tier room, and went back to the front desk to negotiate it. They weren’t going to have our room given the place was booked out, but they gave us 30% off the basic room rate and included a free couples spa. Rooms were a solid 3 star experience. Nothing exception, but nothing terrible either. The views and air conditioning were very good and stable. Bathrooms, beds, pillows, and renovations were mediocre but still plenty good for the tier and cost. The ambiance and restaurant was what really made the place special. Staff was so friendly, massages were awesome, overall diving vibes were great. We didn’t dive with the resort because we wanted more focused instruction so we were across the street with Let’s Dive Tulamben. Location is super prime. Great food onsite and nearby and all the prime dive locations are right in front of the hotel The staff gave us an adorable teddy bear on the way out. I wish we could come back so soon

Incredibly nice staff in a peaceful, "corner of the world" resort. Even as a non-diver, I've really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. The tasty food and the warm smiles of the service folk have made this a relaxing stay.
