Tamarin Bay Surfschool Mauritius

Well organized diving centre! Friendly people. Did 7 dives and had a surfing lesson as well. It was my first time and I was able to catch a lot of waves and be able to stand up as well! Thanks to the amazing teacher and team.

We had the most amazing experience! We're two girls on vacation and just walked into the school asking for an absolute beginner lesson. They managed to get us in for a private lesson with Nishand and he is such a good teacher. He showed us the basics on dry land very easy and understandable, we practiced until we got it right, then he went into the water with us and we were both able to catch a wave at the first try! I was soo amazed and did not expect that. We had a lot of successful trys and even managed to catch a wave together. The Tamarin Public Beach is the perfect place for beginners and the Tamarin Bay Surfschool is the perfect spot for all the watersports. Thank you for this entirely positive experience, we're looking forward to come back for the next lesson.

Nice peaceful guided paddle up the river. No monkeys today but loads of birdlife and we were blessed with the sun. Thanks to our guides Theo and Mathieu who made it a nice trip. 😊 …
