Amazing experience with Grae and the team! I was scared at first, but by the end I managed to reach 5m, which felt incredible. They were incredibly patient and supportive throughout my freediving sessions,especially while helping me get comfortable in the water and building my confidence.They also captured some beautiful shots that I’ll treasure. Training with Grae was one of the best decisions I made for my Wave 1 freediving course. Day 1 started with pool training in the morning and open water in the afternoon. Day 2 was mentally challenging for me — I struggled to reach 10m and felt frustrated with myself. Throughout the entire process, Grae never rushed me, never pressured me, and never made me feel like I was behind. He stayed calm, patient, and constantly reminded me to relax and listen to my body. Safety was always his priority. Because of his steady support and encouragement, everything finally clicked on Day 3 and I passed my depth requirement. That breakthrough meant so much to me. What made the experience even more special was that we also did a fun dive shoot, and during line training he captured some beautiful footage for me. Those moments are such precious memories from this journey. If you’re looking for an instructor who genuinely cares about your progress, prioritizes safety, and understands the mental side of freediving, I highly recommend Grae. I’m truly grateful for his guidance and support throughout the course.
