Solano Hotel

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the area felt safe, and the staff were accommodating. Everything we needed was provided. Highly recommended 💛

We stayed at Solano Hotel for 8 days and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to feel at home during a longer stay. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Solano Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and pleasant place to stay. We would gladly return on our next visit.

Room was dirty. When we arrived, there was a dead cockroach on the floor. There was also lots of mosquitoes in the room so we asked the staff to spray Baygon. On our 2nd night, water coming out from the faucet and shower were all black. Took a while for the staff to come out with solution. They had to transfer us to another room for us to use the bathroom. When we asked to check out late because of the incident, they only allowed us 1 hour extension. Linens and pillow cases were stained and smelly which felt like they haven’t been changed for a long time. Location was good but since it’s beside the main road, we can hear the videoke of the neighborhood as well as the motorcycles passing by. It also takes a while for the front desk to answer the phone calls.
