What a top class experience with the snorkelling in Grenada team. Taking our teens for their first snorkelling trip was so easy, masks and fins fitted perfectly, handed to us as we entered the water and taken from us as we left. The …

Snorkel in Grenada which is located at Mount Cinnamon on Grand Anse Beach, just look for the signs for Dive Grenada, it is the same place. We talked to Phil & Helen about the the snorkel trips and they took the time to explain the pros and cons of both Flamingo Bay & the Underwater Sculpture Park, we opted to do them both but on two different afternoon trips. When we arrived we were met by the lovely Brittney who was our snorkel guide for the afternoon, she is also a Dive Master, so we knew we were in good hands. We did Flamingo Bay on the first trip which leaves at 1 pm and found the reef exactly as Phil had explained in excellent healthy condition and lots of fish. The Underwater Sculpture Park was mind blowing and much better than we ever expected, a unique experience indeed. Brittney was an outstanding guide very pleasant and helpful, always in the water and very knowledgeable about all the marine life and the sculptures, a very professional snorkel experience all round. We will go back when we are in Grenada again.

I did the snorkelling excursion to the Underwater Sculpture Park. The start was punctual however we waited a few extra minutes for another party that was a bit late arriving. The staff was professional and friendly. They provided waterproof bags to hold any valuables we took on the boat. The boat ride to the dive spot was a nice experience in itself and the group was small enough that we could chat and get to know each other on the ride over. Out tour guide Brittney showed us photos of the different statues and then took us in the water and guided us to their different locations. We spent about an hour in the water which is more than enough time to see the statues. It was a fun and relaxing experience  although diving under the water to get a closer look was quite the work out. On the ride back we got a refreshing post swim cup of water and a delicious cookie. All in all an excellent experience and a great time was had by all.
