SlyDive Dahab

I had a fantastic time at Slydive! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The organization was awesome, the equipment was also excellent and the entire team was incredibly friendly and always helpful. A big thanks to the patient and experienced diving instructor Mohab, who did an amazing job guiding me through my Advanced Open Water course, and several fun dives, I truly enjoyed every moment. I would highly recommend Slydive to anyone looking for a professional and unforgettable diving experience.

I got my Open Water certification with Slydive, and it was an unforgettable experience! At first, I was just accompanying a friend and had no idea what diving would be like. I’d never tried it before and felt quite nervous about going into the sea. But it turned out to be one of the most amazing and unique experiences I’ve ever had. The skills were not easy for us, and we definitely took longer than others to get comfortable. Thankfully, our instructor Mohab was both strict and incredibly patient — exactly the kind of instructor you’d want when learning something new and challenging. Everyone at the diving center was so friendly and welcoming. Every time I walked in, it felt like home. One cute thing I’ll never forget — during our stay, one of the cats at the center gave birth to three tiny kittens, and we got to watch them grow day by day. It made the whole experience even more heartwarming. Thank you, Slydive, for making my first diving journey so special. Hopefully, one day I’ll be back for my Advanced Open Water course! 🌊🐠

I came to Sly Dive and I’m so grateful I did. I had never been to Egypt, and Dahab turned out to be the perfect introduction to both diving and this beautiful culture. None of this would have been possible without Sophie and her amazing idea to create this scuba camp. It was truly the trip of a lifetime, and I’m forever grateful for her. I completed my Open Water and Advanced Diver certifications with two amazing instructors, Wakhil and Karim, who were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me improve. Every morning, the Sly Dive drivers picked us up from our hostel, who were always on time and patiently waiting for my friends and I! We learned everything from setting up our BCDs and tanks to packing our dive boxes and cleaning our gear, thanks to Bob and Mohamed, always ready to help at any stage. The dive centre was full of smiles and laughter everyday, but that could have been because of Roba's great music taste! A special thank you to Gavin and Gabi, who unknowingly became my emotional support divers during my Open Water course. It was honestly hard to dive without them afterward! And to Ali, my unexpected ambulance (wee-wah), during the rabies vaccine adventure — thank you for the rescue! If you’re looking to learn how to dive in the most fun, wholesome, and professional way then I can’t recommend Sly Dive enough. I hope anyone considering scuba diving chooses to experience it here, you really won’t regret it :)
