Shercon Hotel is great for team building. The rooms, pools, and activities are all very nice. Big thanks to Coach Daniels and Coach Angel, and their team, for taking such good care of us.

Time call: 5:27. April 15,2026 Very Rude the staff I spoke regarding to Mr. Lemuel and before I requested a prenotation for April 22-24 which isn’t available already without checking to computer during we are on the line. I told you that this call from USA, and your behavior really UNACCEPTABLE!!! Without clients you won’t earn. You need to be EDUCATED, once I arrived, ICOMPLAIN directly to the owner which our close friends the family. How RUDY really you!!!!😡😡😡😡😡

Very nice place to relax. The only thing is that the room rates are q bit expensive for an overnight stay. The room can accomodate up to 6 pax. But the room price includes 2 pax only and additional 1k per pax with free dinner and breakfast. They should offer those rate that guests will rent the whole unit same as the cottage rates regardleas of how many pax are in there but with limitations like 4 to 6 pax per cabin rooms etc. Because night rate guests cant do so much but to sleep from let sat 12 midnight until 8am then checkout by 12noon. Or they should offer discounted rate to guests that do daytour then overnight stay. Another thing is that the golf cart services are not available. We ask them because we want ro rent or ise it because the place is so vast and the pools and far from wavh other. Its like they have different pools per zone. The place has lots of mosquitos so better bring mosquito repellant lotion. It is given because its a forest turned into a recreational zone. Another is that on paying the zipline activity we need to go to the main lobby to pay so its quite a hassle. They should have a dedicated cashier at each activity zone. Because the place is so vast its quite gloomy and quiet. For some it is nice to think and reflect but maybe for some they wanted to see a good and vibrant lively vibes. They should opt for a heated pool also because strategically the location is cold. Then on colder months the pools are cooler. The location where the hanging bridge is located is not a quite good scenery and there are lots of mosquitos and garbages. They should have stock many charcoal to use for barbeque. There's a lot of rooms for improvement but overall the place ia good and we enjoy the zipline. Thanks for the friendly crew of the zipline adventure. Kudos and keep up the good work.
