REPLY TO YOUR LATEST ANSWER: I have your invoice for the fully day tour I had a bad experience with them two weeks ago. I asked to an agency to help me find a full day tour in Komodo as I had just been scammed by another agency. They proposed me a boat and sent me some pics and videos of it. They asked me a very high amount of money but I was desperate and I said ok. On the day of the tour I arrived at the port and waited two hours for the boat to arrive, after waking up at 5 in the morning because the pick up was at 6. After two hours we saw the boat arrive and we were speechless. The boat was broken, dirty, unacceptable, especially after having paid a very high and enormous price for that! I immediately sent pics and videos of the boat saying that it did not correspond to the photos sent to me where the boat was new. I got scammed again. We skipped a lot of places because we didn't want to stay on the awful boat. We breathed petrol all the time and we haven't eat anything.I wanted my money back because I was robbed. They ruined our day. Very bad experience with them do not contact them

Bad organisation. I don’t recommend this agency for a Komodo Cruise. In the departing day we waited 3 hours in the harbour because the boat wasn’t ready. Then, we were with other passengers on boat who stay more days than us, so a boat had to pick up and take back to the harbour. Our return was also a disaster. I waited three hours for the boat to take me back to the harbour, and we spent an hour and 45 mins on the open sea at night to come back in Labuan bajo (the cruise was far from the port). We were scared and we felt unsafe. The guide on the cruise explained and told us things not true about the returnal boat and the arrival time. I arrived at Labuan Bajo at 1 am, I missed my normal check in Labuan Bajo’s hotel booked and my dinner at Labuan Bajo restaurant. I asked for a partial refund, nobody answered.
