Have requested a stay for 6 persons for a period of 14 days. I did receive an offer and requested to block the dates, so I could arrange the tickets. After my request they told me the locations were fully booked and came with some alternatives. Requested some addiotional info.... and it became quiet... Even after sending some reminders... no response.... Calling them.... no responce...

They don't react to booking requests, not via booking form and when I tried to contact them via e-mail, they've just send the standard mail with a general overview what they offering. To my specific booking request, again no answer.

NOTE This facility is a head office for their branches. Met Keith, who was able to assist me with getting a dive locally.
