Just did my scuba dive with Scuba Lov at Tribe Gate / Oval Reef (Havelock) today (17 Dec 2025, 5:30 AM slot) and it was honestly beautiful, calm, and magical. I’m a complete beginner and I don’t know swimming, so I was pretty nervous. But the instructors were super calm, patient, and professional, and that made a huge difference. I ended up doing an 11m dive with about 40 mins total dive time, and it felt safe and well managed throughout. Early morning slot is totally worth it if the weather is clear. What I saw underwater: Pennant coralfish •Emperor red snapper •Giant grouper Special highlights: 1 .Green humphead parrotfish 2.White spotted octopus Shoutout to the dive masters Nimrod, Andy, Leon, and Rohit - really calm guys and great instructors.
