ScubaDoc! Best Scuba diver instructor in Mactan. I have been diving many different places in Cebu for the scenery. But I always return to the ScubaDoc to get the best guidance about improving my pure diving skills, and take my technical diving to new levels. Many great things to see in the water here. We always meet tourtles!
